Tanu tanai yunna tavu ganavalenu !!Ananda!!

Kamamunu Kodakottavalenu-ashta

Samajammula madamu samayimpavalenu !!Ananda!!

Prema sadguru jeravalenu-dushta

Tamsapu durgunamu tolagimpavalen !!ananda!!

Satyame madi nilpavalenu

Asatya dehamu meeda asa vidavalenu !!Ananda!!

Bakti madilo nilpavalenu- jeevan-

Mukti margamu tanu munderugavalenu !!Ananda!!

Aksharatmakudu Kavalenu - mudu

Aksharamula bhavamadi teliyavalenu !!Ananda!!

Deekshadhikari gavalenu - janma

Moksha kamkshanu guruni pujimpavalenu !!Ananda!!

Nidra rakada teliyavalenu – paini

Bhadramuganu yoga nidra povalenu !!Ananda!!

Chidrupa mapude Kanavalenu – bhadra

Mudra keelarigi sadgati pondavalenu !!Ananda!!

Vesha bhashalu manavalenu – tannu

Dushinchinavari bhushinchavalenu !!Ananda!!

Chupu manasokati cheyavalenu – Sarva

Vyapakundagu chinmayatmu ganavalenu !!Ananda!!

Meda meediki jeravalenu – achata

Jodu bayaka hamsa gudagavalenu. !!Ananda!!

Supreme Spirit, full of bliss thou shalt become,

With indomitable will, my good boy, know thou

The place thou art identified with thyself !

Passion and desire, set aside,

Let the arrogance of the eight elephants be destroyed !

Reach unto the right preceptor with love devoid of lust !

Make thyself free from anger and indignation,

The vilest qualities of darkness (Tamas) !

Keep in mind the eternal Truth !

Abondon all desire for the transcient body

Through devotion, borne in mind, know thou,

The way for final emancipation while thou art still alive.

Grasp the meaning of the three sacred syllables

And thyself become the Indestructible Soul.

Worship the preceptor for salvation

And become a vowful master of self – devotion !

Beware of sleep !

Comfortably get into yoganidra,

The magnetic sleep ! that Lord Vishnu gets into !
