The sacred place where the Swamiji went into exile, the self-made tomb in which he went into deep meditation is called “Sri Pothuluri Veerabrahmendra Swamy Mattam” (Kandimallayapalli, Kadapa Dist.). It is the firm belief of the devotees that Sri Swamiji went into deep medita- tion in the live tomb on the auspicious day of Suddha Dasami of Vysakha month. It is the belief of the current Mathadhipathi Sri Veerabhoga Vasantha Venkateswara Swamiji that Sri Veerabrahmendra Swamiji must have gone into exile and remained in deep meditation during 1963 A.D.
The Vedic literature says “Annam Parabrahma Swarupam” and the person who performs Anna Prasada Vitharana will be blessed by Gods. The Sri Veerabrahmendra Foundation intends to provide, Nutritious food to the devotees of Sri Madvirat Pothuluri Veerabrahmendra Swamy at Kandimallayapalli.
